Our Collect & Return service makes repairing your computer easy, without having to travel anywhere! One phone call to one of our engineers can provide a quick diagnosis and quote to one of many common problems. We can arrange collection of your machine to our fully equipped workshop in Dublin 2 and, when repaired, a return appointment will be made for delivery. 
Remote Support
For some computer repairs, remote IT support is the perfect option for resolving your computer problems. Most remote support jobs can be completed in 15-30 minutes. To make sure that remote support is your ideal option : 1. We talk to you & decide if the problem can be fixed remotely. 2. If so, we simply talk you through connecting to our remote support link. 3. We repair your computer remotely, while talking you through what we are doing.
